Delivery Information

All shipments are sent as International e-Packages (trackable) via Taiwan Post (Chunghwa Post).

International ePacket is classified as international ordinary letter-post item, delivered to the delivery address, exempt from recipient’s signature.
In certain cases, EMS (Express Mail Service) may be the only available option.

Shipping options will be updated periodically based on availability.
